Tinubu Submitted Forged Documents To INEC – Says Atiku

The documents from Chicago State University (CSU) released on Monday regarding President Bola Tinubu's academic records have conclusively proven that the certificate Tinubu submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) was indeed counterfeit. Phrank Shaibu, Vice President Atiku Abubakar's Special Assistant on Public Communications, made this revelation in a statement on Tuesday and emphasized that the deposition later in the day would further expose Tinubu's deception.

Shaibu clarified that the objective was not solely to confirm whether Tinubu attended CSU but to establish that the certificate submitted to the electoral commission was a fraudulent document. The redacted certificates provided by CSU clearly indicate that Tinubu's submission to INEC was a forgery, which will be reaffirmed under oath during the deposition.

Furthermore, the documents unveiled that Tinubu's admission to CSU was also tainted by fraud, as his transcript from Southwest College indicated his gender as female. This raised questions about how he transitioned into a man when gender-altering surgeries were not prevalent during that time.

Shaibu highlighted inconsistencies in Tinubu's educational background, as he claimed to have attended Government College, Lagos, presenting a 1970 GCE A-level result with specific grades. However, Government College, Lagos, was established in 1974, leading to doubts about his attendance.

Additionally, discrepancies in Tinubu's date of birth emerged, as he celebrated his 70th birthday based on one date while his CSU transcript stated a different birthdate.

In conclusion, these revelations from CSU's documents have vindicated Chief Gani Fawehinmi's earlier expose on the certificate scandal, marking a significant development in the ongoing controversy surrounding Bola Tinubu's academic and personal history.
